Welcome to Deli Sur

Ghina Bazzi

At Ṣūr, the food we serve you is not just nutrition. It tells a story. This story began when Ghina Bazzi, a Lebanese born cook who trained in Antwerp and Italy among star chefs, returned to her heritage, reclaiming the Lebanese kitchen to share her soul food story.

Tyre (Arabic: صور‎ Ṣūr) is one of the oldest continually inhabited cities in the world. It was one of the earliest Phoenician metropolises and the legendary birthplace of the Greek princess Europa, who gave her name to our continent. The city was added to UNESCO's list of World Heritage Sites in 1984. It is situated in the south of Lebanon, where Ghina spent all of her childhood summers and played in her beloved grandparents orange farm. Still today Ṣūr is her place of refuge and inspiration.
